As we mentioned back in March, Gwyneth Paltrow has been designing a line for the French label ZOEtee's, and photos of the merchandise pieces are finally in.
Called ZOEtee's LOVES Gwyneth Paltrow (how modest), the line carries seven different styles. From what we can see, the dresses are okay. Pretty basic but cute enough.
But the bodysuits are NAST. That long gray one looks like something you would wear if you got dumped and fired in the same day and planned to spend a lot of time eating Ben & Jerry's on your couch.
NOT cute!
According to sources, Gwyneth picked out every detail, from the fabrics to the packaging and personally attended all fittings.
Uh huh!
Michele Corty, ZOEtee's head designer, said "creating a collection for Gwyneth was an opportunity to combine quality fabrics with innovative cuts inspired by the personal style of a fashion icon…every designer's dream."
Now, now, let's not get carried away. We're not sure that we could call Gwyneth a "fashion icon," though she does get it right some of the time. And we don't see anything innovative, but ok. Just OKAY!
ZOEtee LOVES Gwyneth is on sale starting next week, exclusively at matchesfashion.com.
We bet they're ridiculously overpriced!
