The family of Marit Allen, the late costume designer (Eyes Wide Shut, Brokeback Mountain, and La Vie en Rose) and former editor of Vogue, is auctioning off Allen's personal arsenal of clothes next month at Kerry Taylor Auctions in London.

The wardrobe in its entirety is estimated to be worth about $64,000 and includes vintage Jean Paul Gaultier, John Galliano, and John Bates, among others.

We're drooling!!!!!

The auction will take place on September 15th and will include original David Bailey prints, Norman Parkinson photographs, and assorted fashion books that Allen had collected over the years.

Her family must be strapped for cash! We would never sell our deceased family member's vintage Galliano!! But, we're kinda thankful they are!
