Turns out, she did it through a new nail technique: it's actually a flexible film called Minx. Celeb manicurist Kimmie Kyees applies the film, which is applied through heat and pressure. So far, Katy's posted pics of her digits flaunting metallic leopard print, psychedelic flowers, and a picture of her cat, Kitty Purry.
