The daughter of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall, Georgia May Jagger, is the new face of Hudson Jeans. And, while print ads are already in magazines, the commercial has just been released.
David Lipman, advertising exec for Hudson, said, "We were looking for a new way to sell the line. We wanted to brand it as this denim company based in California, but with a very London edge. Their symbol is the Union Jack, and they are all about aristocracy and rock ’n’ roll. Then it hit me when I came across a picture of Georgia that she was the one. Her mom is an American icon, her father a British rocker, and she’s the epitome of the two. She’s in the DNA of the brand.”
You can REALLY see her parents in her. In fact it's kind of weird seeing Mick Jagger's mouth on a girl's face. As part of her face, that is.
Call us a prude, but isn't a little much for a 17-year-old girl?
Good catch phrase, though!
