Narciso Rodriguez and eBay are about to sign a deal in which Rodriguez will design an affordable 8-piece collection specifically for eBay.
The deal is a good idea for both parties: eBay can up their standing in the fashion world, which is currently not great, and Rodriguez will be able to profit off of the lower-priced goods, since four digit items aren't selling well for anyone in this economy.
Called Narciso Rodriguez for eBay, the collection will contain items ranging in price from $75 to $350, and will be available using the Buy It Now feature.
Rodriguez said, "I've never sold anything at these kinds of prices. This gets my work to a wider audience."
Once the deal is final, the collection should be available for next spring.
