Robert Verdi Feels Left Out

Celebrity stylist Robert Verdi certainly feels slighted by the fashion industry.

After playing Fashion Rules! at Fashion's Night Out, the wardrobe guide said of fashion week:

"I'm really excited to see Jason Wu, but apparently they can't seat me even though I put his clothes on Eva Longoria long before Michelle Obama wore them. He stopped making dolls and started ignoring the gay people…. I don't get a seat at anything. I don't get invited to Marc Jacobs. I'm not important enough, I'm not fabulous enough."

Well, maybe you would be if you stopped whining!

He chalks up the snubs to issues within the gay community in the fashion industry, saying that "the greater problem in fashion is that the most successful gay men don't uphold, uplift, and celebrate other gay men. And I think that it's a terrible deficit within the gay community in New York."

Interesting, but we think it's probably just because he's not high enough on anyone's radar. Keep talking to the press though, and maybe you will be!
