Blake Lively really wants you to know she has a sternum!
The Gossip Girl star changed gears for the Emmy after-parties, ditching her red handkerchief Versace gown and donning a black sequined Balmain mini with yet another plunging neckline.
We love the dress, but we're not sure she can pull it off. This is a get-up that Leighton would be able to rock, but Blake's a bit too commercial to give it the full effect. And, unfortunately, she didn't change that awful hairdo.
But, we do like the shoes a lot!
