Will they pay her for this???? We all know she needs the money!

In honor of the 150th anniversary of the Red Cross this year, Louis Vuitton has recruited a motley crew of six to envision special-order leather items to be auctioned at Southeby's, benefiting the charity.

Renowned (and debt-ridden) photographer Annie Leibovitz is among the six chosen to create one of the luxury leather goods, and accordingly, the photog requested a backpack endowed to handle her personal items as well as her camera equipment. The backpack is in the classic monogram canvas with black leather trim, with cushioned compartments and red lining. The backpack is accompanied by a small shoulder bag for cameras with even more compartments for extra gear.

Sounds practical yet chic!

Louis Vuitton creative director, Marc Jacobs, was also among the six asked to create a leather good for the auction. Thinking of his two pups, the designer requested a trunk with a wire door, lots of ventilation, and doggie bowls so his mutts could travel in vogue when jetting around the world.

Leibovitz and Jacobs aren't the members of the eclectic gang asked to concoct luxury items.

British artist Damien Hirst ordered a tall black trunk with blue microfiber lining and stacked thin drawers to hold surgical instruments.

Gustavo Santaolalla, the composer who won Oscars for both Babel and Brokeback Mountain, requested a ronroco (a stringed instrument) case.

Spanish chef Ferran Adrià requested a full luggage set equipped to tote all his gear from wisks to woks.

Finally, Patrick-Louis Vuitton, who heads the special orders division at LV, requested a case to hold his brushes, watercolors, and all else he uses for his watercolor paintings.

The auction will be held at the Sotheby's in London on November 17th.
