Kanye West and his lady, Amber Rose, stopped to pose for pictures outside of amfAR's charity dinner last night at Milan Fashion Week in Italy.
We spy a lip piercing on Amber Rose's pout. Eeek!
The model already makes expensive clothes look cheap, and this addition isn't going to help.
