But last night Jim Carrey showed up with a full beard to the 2009 UCLA Department of Neurosurgery's Visionary Ball held at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.
And we kinda have to admit, it really ages him!
Carrey showed up with his gal pay Jenny McCarthy, who looked stunning, and she's apparently happy with the extra hair.
But really, is he just trying to be fashionable? Is it for a new role? Or is he trying to hide a double chin?
