Taking practical fashion to a whole new level, Miguel Caballero feels strongly that one should not compromise style for safety. That's why the Colombian designer has devoted his career to designing bulletproof haute couture.

That's right; Caballero has created lightweight, wearable, and unbelievably stylish clothing that that's both trend and defend savvy. One source said that when worn, the shirts feel light and airy; neither you, nor your enemies, would ever be able to tell you were wearing bulletproof clothing.

Starting at $1700, the lifesaving garments aren't exactly chump change, but the line isn't aimed at the average civilian and is instead meant to be worn by, "Presidents, state leaders, dignitaries, top executives, businessmen, diplomats, and those who demand maximum discretion, comfort, and flexibility." And let's be honest: chances are, if you actually feel the need to have stylish and subtle bulletproof clothing, you likely have the dough to invest in some.
