The National Organization for Women or NOW is demanding another apology from Ralph Lauren over those haunting digitally retouched photos.
NOW VP Erin Matson "burst into tears" when she saw the ad and is concerned about the message being sent to young girls and women around the world.
We do too!
Ralph Lauren has already issued statements but for Matson, that's not enough. "Statements only go so far. What I would like to see is an open apology to her and also affirming ads to women of all shapes and sizes and a statement that these women are beautiful.”
We hope they get their apology, but we have a feeling the peeps over at Ralph Lauren won't be giving them what they want.
