As we've told you before, Heidi Klum had to fold her jewelry line due to a Van Cleef & Arpels lawsuit over her use of the clover symbol. While she was forced to say aufedersein to that line, that doesn't mean she's throwing in the towel on designing all together.

Never one to be discouraged, Heidi partnered up with Rick and Brian Cytrynbaum, co-founders of Modern Vintage and Majestic Mills, to create a lifestyle collection that will ultimately include dresses, maternity-wear, swimwear, gym wear, and shoes. The designers are taking it slow at first, though, introducing only footwear and maternity initially, both set to debut in February, and will introduce the rest over time.

Rick Cytrynbaum says Heidi, "has really established an amazing fashion direction. She's amazing in what she does." He pointed out that Klum has been very hands on and extremely involved in the sketching and designs since the get-go.

The concept for the line is, "Heidi's closet," and will be "feminine with a bit of fashion and rock 'n' roll edge."

Fun! She definitely has an eye for fashion, so we're sure that the shoes and maternity wear will be very successful.

We just hope she doesn't get too inspired from what's already in her closet and get slammed with another lawsuit!
