This is an LOL-tastic invention, if you can call it that since they're basically fingerless gloves.
The seller's website explains these wacky things known as Handerpants the best:

They say there are "hundreds" of uses for the tighty-whities for the hands which include: night blogging, cooking, cruising on your motorcycle, and keeping gloves fresh. And that's just scratching the surface.
We don't know many people that would actually wear these, but we're sure it would make a great gag gift for someone with sweaty hands!
And maybe Pete Wentz. Ha!
