Victoria Beckham is on the cover of the December issue of UK Harper's Bazaar, photographed by Alexi Lubomirski. She looks lovely, especially in the shot with the veil. So pretty!

In the issue, the svelte mother of three reveals how she stays so trim: she works out every single day. Yep, seven days a week. She says, "I didn't want to rely on retouching. I want to look at those pictures in 20 years' time and say, 'Wow, look - after three kids - I didn't look bad.'"

Jeez! You could probably still feel good about the way you looked if you only worked out five days a week. Your muscles need time to recoup!

Wonder what she does at the gym? Probably all cardio - somehow we don't envision her working the dumbbells.

Let's hope she's eating more than raw fish and berries to fuel her through all this exercise!
