Nina Garcia Regrets Sporadic Project Runway Appearances This season

Season six of Project Runway has been undeniably different than its seasons prior. Maybe it's the switch from Bravo to Lifetime, maybe it's the new L.A. setting, but we think the biggest problem has been the inconsistent presence of judges Nina Garcia and Michael Kors.

Happily, however, things should go back to normal next season, according to Nina, who just finished shooting season seven of the beloved reality show back in its hometown of Manhattan (thank goodness!).

Garcia noted that she wished she could have been more present in the current season, but said, "It was either missing the Paris shows or being on Project Runway. And I really wanted to see the Paris shows, I think that was very important."

She also said that Marie Claire's other reality show, Running In Heels, probably won't be back for seconds, adding that "one reality show is enough." But that doesn't mean that their interns will be sartorially slacking: "We have a lot of interns, and I can tell you, tip for the interns: please take notice. We do notice what you wear…. There's some girls who come and I'm like, 'Oh my God, who's that girl?'…Anybody can go and buy a Gucci outfit or a Prada outfit. What impresses me is when they have style and I'm like, 'Oh, what are they wearing?'"

Good advice!
