Katy Perry must have been scouting outfits for her gig as host of the EMAs when she attended all those shows during fashion week last month.
After donning a gorgeous floor length Marchesa gown on the runway, Katy slipped into this wacky Viktor & Rolf gown during the show. When we saw this number at fashion week, we couldn't help but wonder who on earth would wear this, and now it looks like we have our answer! And while the dress isn't our cup of tea personally, we actually think Katy is just the right person to pull it off.
