Dakota Fanning is on the cover of the December issue of Teen Vogue, and we have to wonder, can she get anymore adorable??
We love the spread. We think she looks perfect - pretty and chic, sophisticated yet age appropriate. And we love the shoes and skirts throughout the spread. They hit the nail on the head!
