Just last month Forever 21 settled a lawsuit with Trovata after copying 7 of their designs.

But now a bigger company is coming after the retail chain!

Express is suing Forever 21 after allegedly copying 4 of the company's copyrighted plaid patterns and a trade dress infringement for a zippered jacket.

21's founders Do Won Chang and Jin Sook Chang claim they have "no direct personal knowledge" of the garments. We think that's complete bullshiz! And so does the judge that's handling the case! Magistrate Judge Victor Kenton has denied Forever 21's motion to sheild them from depositions.

Ha!

We're sure it's hard for them to keep up with the garments they copy. After being sued over 50 times for being a copycat we'd forget too!
