Miley's Only Seventeen

As we told you earlier, Miley Cyrus is 2009's worst celebrity influence AND Seventeen's Style Star of the Year.

The "stylish" 16 year old sat down with the mag and dished on everything from style (which makes us second guess why she was chosen, even more than before) to leaving Twitter and of course that rumored boyfriend she stole!

Here's some of the HIGHlights:

On shopping on the cheap:

"One day we were driving with my sister, and we went to the army surplus store, and the paparazzi were extremely confused, especially when I came out with a bunch of shopping bags."

On leaving Twitter and putting a cat in danger:

"My reason [for shutting down Twitter] was because you write what you're doing at that moment, but at that moment, what you write is never what you're doing because you're too buy tweeting about it. It's instead of saying "Oh you're eating ice cream," you're really tweeting about ice cream. I remember doing that so many times with my little sister; I'd be downstairs cooking her breakfast, and I'd tweet, "I'm cooking my little sister breakfast!" When really, I should just be spending time with her. I have a very minimal amount of time that's prive and that's mine, and I couldn't let some site take that away from me."

On working on her clothing line with Max Azria:

"We look into fashion designs very much in advance. We started the plaid shirts and the cheetah pants before people started seeing it [on runways]. When you first look at is as a designer, you think 'Okay, this is going to be a little crazy.' But you don't know what's going to be in in a year like Max [Azria] does. Max looks at other designers, and you know it's very advanced. He's got the inside scoop."

On not liking to dress up:

"I don't like dressing up that much, even for dressy kinds of parties and stuff. I like being more casual. I would much rather come underdressed than overdressed."

On her co-star maybe boyfriend Liam Hemsworth:

"So I heard a rumor that he didn't really want the role, and so when he came in to audition for the role, I'm thinking 'Here's this guy, he's amazingly good-looking, super-confident, and he doesn't realize how blessed he is to be in this room, because I know how blessed I am. This is such a big opportunity for both of us.' And I was thinking 'Ugh, gross', you know? Then I started talking with him and he was just the most genuinely precious, sweet person. And the second audition comes around, and the chemistry was instant. From the time he walked in that door and we saw each other again, we [both] lit up, and we were excited to get work and learn together."

Wow. Miley's sooo deep.

As far as the photo shoot goes, the styling makes Miley look like she's trying too hard to be "cool" and "stylish" And what's up with those fake star tattoos under her eye? Not cute.
