Colin Lin wanted to recycle her ever growing pile of newspapers, so what does she do? She turns the newspaper into shoes!
Lin says that her "concern is for comfort, fashion and the environment" and tries to stay away from all the chemical used while making regular shoes.
The surprisingly cute designs seem to already be a hit! Over 4,000 pairs of the environmentally friendly shoes have been sold.
But just because they're recycled newspapers, don't think they'll be the same price as one. A pair of the recycled footwear, which only takes 3-4 hours to make, cost between $100-$150.
