It's one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year and according to National Retail Federation 134 million consumers are expected to be on the prowl for low prices and those can't miss deals.

Compared to last year, which had the worst holiday sales in over 4 decades, the number is up, but many are still expecting to see lucrative sales numbers with unemployment still in the crapper and consumers cutting back on their spending.
