There's a new high-end fashion publication about to hit the stands, and it's good enough to earn tough critic Sir Paul Smith's approval!

8A is a new, biannual fashion, art and beauty magazine which will debut December 13th. The first edition is themed "Imperfect Beauty," and features Tanya Ling's paintings of fall looks from Lanvin, Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel and others, contributions from Matthew Williamson, Osman Yousefzada and Nash Masood, and other interesting interviews and features.

Ann Shore, co-editor, said, "We wanted to create a more collectible publication and bring art back into our industry."

The title will run about $49 dollars and has been printed to the very small limit of 500 copies. The advertising-free mag will be available from Paul Smith stores in London, New York, Milan, Paris, Antwerp, and Tokyo, as well as newsstands worldwide.

It sounds lovely, but good thing they're only pushing 500! We doubt the common consumer is itchin' to shell out $50 for a magazine these days!
