Victoria Beckham wore her own design to the British Fashion Awards today in London. We like most of Posh's collection but this one isn't our favorite - the fit is sort of odd and we're not wild about the embellished shoulders. But loving the exposed zipper!

We're also loving that she's getting playful with her hair as it grows out. So many women do the same old boring 'do, but Victoria is really having fun with her hair.
