This is strange if it's true.
We're getting word that Jessica Simpson is in talks with jewelry designer Pascal Mouawad to create her own jewelry line which would include wedding rings.
A source says, "Jess and her mom are really pushing the wedding rings. Jess wants her own line but Pascal isn't so keen on that. He wants to work with her, but definitely doesn't think wedding rings would be appropriate for Jessica."
Given her shoddy love resume, we'd have to agree. A large part of the allure of celebrity designs is some sense of relation between the consumer and celeb. People buy from celebrities who they either relate to or emulate. Who would want to buy wedding rings fromsomeone so publicly unlucky in love?
Of course, this is all assuming the rumors are true. Frankly, Jess already has a super successful brand of her own. We find it curious that she would want to work under someone else's label, instead of expanding her own.
Can't wait to hear if this is true!
