This doesn't come as a surprise.
Notorious copycats Forever 21 seems to have been inspired by British graffiti artist Banksy.
The retailer's Love Heart Pullover looks awfully similar to Banky's popular image Balloon Girl.
Sure the girl may be different, but the spray paint effect is the same and then there's the balloon. While it may not be a blatant ripoff, like Steve Madden tends to do, it's still questionable.
What do U think? Did Forever 21 copy Banksy or is it simply a new take on the artwork???
