Julia Roberts Is The New Face Of Lancôme

Julia Roberts is the new face of Lancôme and she's very excited about it! The actress reveals:

"It's kind of like every girls dream, really. To be 42 and have three kids and be a working mom, it's a great moment to be asked to do this and to be able to do it. I think it says a lot about Lancôme and what they stand for….

I get all these things to play with and test and give my opinion about. And it's quite exciting without having to invest all of myself in how I look because they did come to me as me, which is a pretty casual mom. But you know, it's nice to up your game a little bit."

When asked what adjustments she'd have to make for the new position, Julia joked, "I think I have to stand up straighter and wash my face more."

But Yousef Nabi, Lancôme's president, says that despite her sense of humor, the actress took the gig very seriously, adding that "Julia really wants to be involved in the development of products."

And the Pretty Woman is already hard at work as she just posed for the great Mario Testino as the subject of the upcoming Définicils Precious Cells Mascara. The ads will debut in Europe this March and will come Stateside this summer.
