Who new Rachel Zoe had it in her?

Rachel was none too pleased to hear that her now ex-assistant Taylor Jacobson was leaving RZI, especially since it was on her own terms. In fact, Raisinface was so pissed she went out of her way to blacklist Tay!

According to a source:

"Rachel went ballistic..and felt like she should have fired Taylor herself. There were a lot of e-mails and calls that were placed to big houses with the intent of keeping Taylor away, which is ironic because Taylor did about 85% of the work in the company."

Sounds petty, if you ask us. Besides, Raisinface had 4 years to fire her!

On top of blocking Taylor from fashion houses, the celebrity stylist took it one step further by trying to get her blacklisted from her hair salon!

Actually we can't see the loss with that one, have you seen Rachel's HOrrendous extension filled mop? Ick!

Now Taylor is left to getting her hair did at her own home.

Wow, Rach. You really showed Taylor who's boss with that one.
