Here we go again.

Abercrombie & Fitch's sister company Hollister is being sued for firing an employee who wore a Muslim headscarf saying it was in violation of the store's "look policy".

Did Abercrombie not learn anything from their previous lawsuit regarding the exact same thing?

In a complaint filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, 19 year old Hani Khan claims she was fired within a week of being hired after a district manager visited and said her headscarf was inappropriate work attire.

Change your policies and you won't be having all these lawsuits!
