Here we go again.

Jenn Harris, the lady behind the voice of baby Lindsay in that E-Trade commercial, is threatening to sue Lindsay Lohan.

Ever since Michael and Dina Lohan the wacktress filed the laughable $100 million lawsuit, Harris has not been receiving residual payments for her work.

Being the professional that she is, Jenn took to her facebook page and wrote "I wanna sue her for stalemating my residuals. I did nothing to her to f**k with my student loan payments like this."

Here's a tip Jenn, if you sue her the only way she'll be able to pay you is in cheap leggings.
