Milkcrate Athletics is going after Nike over two of their LeBron James shoes.

According to the suit filed with the Manhattan federal court, Nike is accused of using the company's milk crate pattern and the word "milk crate" on the sole of the Zoom LeBron Soldier II as well as using the same pattern on the bottom of the LeBron V sneaker.

The athletics company is seeking unspecified damages and wants Nike to recall any of the products using the words "crate" and "milk crate".

Not surprisingly, Nike declined comment.

To be fair, the bottom of the shoe says "Milk Crate Technology". We also think Milkcrate Athletics is going to have a hard time defending the use of a milk crate pattern.
