On Wednesday, photographers Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles had their lawsuit against Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen tossed out by a New York judge.
The two paps, who claimed were shot at by bodyguards while snapping away during the couple's Costa Rican wedding, were suing the couple for over $1 million in damages.
Unfortunately for them they won't be seeing a penny of that $1 million because the judge ruled that the lawsuit had no business being in that state since neither Tom or Gisele live there.
Idiots.
However, not all is lost for the money seeking paps.
If they're really serious about this lawsuit they can file elsewhere like, say, Costa Rica.
