Rami Kashou, who appeared on season 4 of Project Runway, has filed a lawsuit after being beaten in the head with a beer bottle.
In the suit he claims the brawl went down at West Hollywood hot spot The Abbey after being recognized by fans.
The attacker, Arturo Trejo-Perez, viciously asked Kashou "Who the f**k are you?", in which he replied with "I'm nobody, I'm just the waiter" and walked away.
A few minutes later Arturo approached Rami asking "Did you even f**king win?", poured a beer over his head while yelling "You are nothing but a lowlife has-been reality show loser". Once the bottle was empty he smashed the bottle into the Project Runway contestant's face.
Ouch!
Trejo-Perez was eventually arrested, but only after punching Kashou a few times.
Double ouch!
Rami is seeking $25,000 from his attacker and The Abbey's bar owners.
