The latest episode of Project Runway featured some very interesting hat designs.
And on the judge’s panel was hat designer Philip Treacy who has designed some crazy hats, many worn by celebrities such as Sarah Jessica Parker.
This time around, the designers had to come up with outfits inspired by a Treacy hat and we think they did a pretty good job.
