These are certainly, umm, different.
Artist Laura Ann Jacobs has created some wacky lingerie sculptures to poke fun on how extreme some women will go to look good.
Laura explains:
"I am fascinated by the extent to which we will go in our pursuit of physical perfection. The extent to which fashion takes us, our 'desire to be desired,' is worth exploring. We may be getting to the point where what is exciting for a young man may no longer be natural beauty, but man-made beauty."
Her masterpieces are constructed out of materials like glass and shells. Jacobs even killed a lobster to get the claws for her "Bras That Pinch" piece, but it was hard for her to do.
She ordered a lobster from a local market but didn't realize it would be live, adding: "It sat in my bathtub for a week and I fed it like a pet every day. Finally, my boyfriend went in there and took care of it."
Even though they aren't wearable we think many of her creations would go great with Lady GaGa's crustacean head piece, don't you agree???
