Sunglasses are one thing celebs can't live with out, so it's no surprise that they flocked to the launch of SolsticeSunglasses.com on Tuesday.

The sunny Hollywood event was attended by Ashlee Simpson, Ali Fedotowsky of the Bachlorette, Emmy Rossum and Gabrielle Union .

Looks like a shady time was had by all!
