But this time it's not for violating her probation.

On Monday, U.S. District Judge Jay Ghandi ordered Lindsay Lohan to appear in court on Tuesday for a settlement conference with photographer Scott Nathan.

Back in April the photog filed a lawsuit against the 6126 designer and Universal Music Group after he discovered copyrighted photos taken for her clothing line in 2008 were used to promote LiLo's single "Bossy".

In exchange for the photos, Nathan was promised 1% of profits, which he claims he never received.

Scott's lawyer Phillip Nevinny says if settlement talks fall through, they're prepared to take them to court for copyright infringement, fraudulent business practices, breach of contract and other alleged wrongdoing.

Ouch.

Nevinny adds since everyone is technically supposed to show up, it should be "interesting" to see what Judge Ghandi will do.
