Another win for Paris Hilton!
HairTech International has dropped their $70 million lawsuit against the socialite.
As you'll recall, HairTech filed the suit in August of last year and claimed Paris was in breach of contract for wearing competitors' extensions and also cost them profits when she went to jail in 2007.
Now, nearly 7 months later, the suit has been dropped completely because they got it all wrong.
The company's principal Chris Volek admitted their mistake in a statement: "The information I received from others and on which I based the lawsuit was not accurate."
Paris couldn't be happier with the latest development, saying:
"It is certainly not unusual for businesspeople to have their disagreements, but I am glad that Chris has acknowledged the hard work and dedication I put into promoting his products."
