Hey, Wimo Labs! Do U know what time it is? No? Well, according to Ke$ha's lawyers, it's lawsuit time!
The singer's legal hounds are going after the makers of a rubber watch strap for the iPod Nano called "TikTok" because it supposedly infringes on her rights.
If they get their way, Wimo Labs will have to turn over their entire supply of straps, but one intellectual property expert doesn't think that will happen.
David Leichtman explains: "She'll have to show consumer studies to show people are making an association between her and the product."
We could see the company having to change the spelling to "Tick Tock", but that's about it.
