The holidays aren’t looking so great for retailers.

According to a new forecast by ShpperTrak, sales will not be as high as last year. Shoppers will also be going to less stores.

Last year, sales rose 4.1% in November and December, but this year forecasts are just at a 3% rise.

As for customer traffic in the stores, that’s going to be down about 2.2% with more shoppers deciding to purchase online.

Reveals an insider:

"Every shopper in a store will be more valuable than last year, and retail stores should be ready to convert their holiday shoppers into sales.”

Will U be heading to the stores this year? Or saving some money and shopping online?
