New App Designed For "Sneakerheads"

It seems there’s an app for just about everything lately.

If you haven’t heard of TodaysKicks, the app takes people’s favorite sneakers and shares them with others.

The free app works by grabbing the hashtag #todayskicks from Twitter and Facebook and then shares it online.

The app is geared towards “sneakerheads”, with one exec from the company revealing:

“We were all inspired by what’s happening in the social space, and we’re all passionate about shoes and sneakers. We wanted to mash them up in a way that can resonate with others who share the passion.”

And that’s not it for the app, aside from sharing your sneakers, and sharing styles you like, the plan in the future is to tie in the app with ecommerce and offer sales and promotions.
