Lauren Bush is following in sister-in-law Dylan Lauren's footsteps and showing off her much talked about wedding gown in the pages of Vogue's December issue.

The FEED Project co-founder tied the knot with David Lauren over Labor Day weekend at the Double RL ranch in Colorado and had what she calls a "rustic elegance" theme.

As we mentioned before, Lauren's dress was designed by her father-in-law Ralph Lauren and said the whole experience was special:

“Any experience of a girl picking out her wedding dress is amazing, but I have to say it was really special to work with David’s dad, to see him in action with his team."

She also recalled the first time she saw sketches of her dress at the designer's studio:

"I walked in, and there were these beautiful illustrations of the looks we’d discussed with my face on them. It was like a dream come true. We sat together and arrived at this silhouette. It isn’t Victorian exactly. I wanted something modern as well, so there is the high-necked collar and puffed shoulders with the large open back.”

By the time the gown was finished over 100 craftspeople spent more than 3,000 hours hand-emroidering the antique tulle with Swarovski Elements, beads, and pearls.

Dayum.

As for her feet, Lauren opted for cowboy boots and blue socks for that something blue.
