Earlier this month we told you about a collection of limited-edition Michael Jackson jackets that had been added to the J5 Collection clothing line.

The 1,000 Thriller and Beat It jackets were specifically tailored to the King of Pop's measurements and come hand-signed by the four remaining Jackson 5 members as well as a replica Michael Jackson signature.

However, just a few days later, the pricey ($2,350 each) jackets were back in the media after three of the Jackson brothers sued Steeve Bohbot after not receiving payment for their signatures.

Marlon, Jackie, and Tito Jackson said they were owed $100k each but have now settled the lawsuit in which they claim they were “duped” into the deal.

Reveals Jackie:

"Marlon, Tito and I created this project as a tribute to our brother Michael and his fans worldwide, and we are very happy that there has been a resolution.”

Bohbot added:

"We have such an immense respect for the Jackson brothers and Michael's legacy and are pleased to have resolved this situation.”

Sounds like it was all just a big misunderstanding? Or perhaps the lawsuit forced them to pay the brothers for their signatures as was in the contract.

Either way, did U end up purchasing one of the jackets?
