Did Lady GaGa steal away a talented manicurist from the ritzy Hair Room Service salon in NYC?

The high-end salon, which caters to celebs like Mariah Carey, had their manicurist Aya Fukuda work on GaGa’s nails on many occasions from December 2010 through June 2011.

Fukuda, who had signed an employment contract with HRS back in July 2010 refused to then sign a termination agreement when she decided to quit last year.

The pricey manicurist instead continued to work with GaGa on her own and started billing her directly which has HRS claiming breach of contract and suing Fukuda for $35,000.

A rep from HRS reveals:

"There was indeed a termination agreement created, but Aya Fukuda refused to sign, so therefore it was not fully executed. The agrreement was…for five months."

Fukuda had promised the firm 40% of all she charged, and that included $200+ manicures for GaGaloo. Pricey!!!

The salon is now asking for $25,000 in commissions and $10,000 in legal fees from Fukuda.
