Terry Richardson's Equinox Ads Have Gym Members In A Huff

New year, new controversy for Terry Richardson.

Apparently the ads he shot for Equinox have pissed off some gym members because the models don't embody a healthy and fit physique.

Here are just some of the comments left on the gym's Facebook page:

"None of these women look like they have an aspirational body, they look like starving models. Why don't they use real members like they did last year? That was more inspirational."

"Why did all of the models have a runway physique? Equinox is promoting health and fitness, so I would like to see some healthy and fit women on their ad campaigns who look like they could actually survive a typical Equinox class.. Can we maybe see a little bit if muscle on the ladies next time around? The Nike ads are great examples of strong, fit women!"

"Another couple million spent on the degradation of women. Good work fitness guys."

We have to admit we were really confused when we first saw the ads. Without the Equinox tag they just look like fashion ads.
