Really?

A Louisiana parish commissioner wants to lay down the law on people who wear pajama pants out in public.

Caddo Parish District 3 Commission Michael Williams came up with the ban following a recent trip to Walmart:

"I observed a couple of young men in loose fitting PJs on, probably with their private parts about to come out and no underwear."

There's already a big discrepancy over what constitutes "pajama pants", but Williams said it could be easily be defined "as a garment sold in the sleepwear section of department stores".

If Williams gets his way, offenders won't be doing any jail time for their choice of fashion. Instead, they would perform community service.

Do they really have nothing more important to worry about in the Caddo Parish? This seems like a complete waste of taxpayer money.
