Trial Date Set In Kim K's Old Navy Look-A-Like Lawsuit!

This mess finally got a date set!!

So now instead of never happening, it's only happening close to never.

On April 23, 2013, Federal Judge Dale S. Fischer will begin judging the case between Kim Kardashian and Old Navy.

As we've discussed before, Kim K sued the clothing company when they used a look-a-like (who also happens to be her ex's ex) in their Super C-U-T-E commercial.

But Old Navy isn't going down without a fight. They hired a top attorney to investigate Kim's reputation and squash her claims that the commercial did anything to damage her career.

Oh and p.s., don't forget Reggie Bush will be called in as a witness!! Hmm… maybe this will finally be the catalyst to get those two back together…
