Sharon Osbourne Sued By Jewelry Company

Bad news for Sharon Osbourne today. The British diva is being sued by jewelry company Lucas Design International Inc.

Miz Osbourne is accused of breach of contract with the company claiming she backed out of a deal and cost them to lose more than $500,000!

According to papers filed in Los Angeles Superior court, Sharon entered into an oral agreement with the company last February for the “design and promotion of a Sharon Osbourne jewelry collection."

The company went ahead and designed the collection which was scheduled to be sold on the Home Shopping Network adding that “Ms. Osbourne approved the Collection that was to be shown HSN."

However, the company claims months later in November, Sharon backed out of the deal.

Naturally, the company wants to be compensated for "the reasonable value of their work, labor services and materials” as well as unspecified compensatory damages and court costs.

We’re hoping Sharon had a good reason to back out…
