Taylor Momsen is on the cover of Nylon Japan, and she looks les miz. Her hair looks stringy and waxy and dirty all at once. And it looks like they caught her mid-blink!!
Is she just really tired? Is it all the black eye-gunk? Does she think she's giving a "come hither" look??
Who knows!
All we know is, this look isn't working. It's ok to make fashion mistakes at 16, but learn from them and move on!
