Cannes went dark…for fashion that is!

Carine Roitfeld hosted the first ever full-scale fashion show at the amfAR Gala on Thursday where models like Kate Upton, Lindsay Wixson and Karolina Kurkova strut their stuff in designer gowns by Roberto Cavalli, Chanel and Versace.

For a fashion show that laced color, it sure was jazzy!

Oh boy…

Kristen Stewart slipped out of her bright yellow Balenciaga pants and into this custom-made Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière gown for the Cannes premiere of her upcoming movie On the Road.

While we appreciate the plunging neckline and high slit, the floral print fabric is better off hanging from a curtain rod in nana's house.

Sorry, KStew, stick to what you know best.

Kristen Stewart Wears Some Fancy Pants In France

Kristen Stewart wore some incredibly eye-catching Balenciaga trousers to the Cannes photocall for her new movie On The Road.

KStew topped the outfit off with a Rebecca Minkoff blazer and white tee, which was a good thing considering everyone's eyes went straight for her bright yellow and loud printed pants.

The best part of Kristen's look? Her shining smile.

Brad Pitt Goes Solo In Cannes

An Angelina-less Brad Pitt was in Cannes on Tuesday to promote his new flick Killing Them Softly.

In the afternoon, the future Mr. Jolie attended the photocall in a Gucci Made to Measure suit with a white shirt and clean white kicks.

When the premiere rolled around, Brad changed into a Balenciaga tux, grabbed a pair of aviator sunglasses, ran his fingers through his long hair and was good to go.

Kind of underwhelming, especially without Angie by his side, but at least he didn't put his hair in a ponytail. We'll give him that.

It's hard to focus on just one part of the dress. Luckily, KStew decided to wear some white-laced pumps to distract us from the rest of her outfit.

Nothing like pushing the envelope…hmm, Kristen?
